Officials from the University of Delaware women’s hockey team have announced that they will hold an open house for prospective players at the on-campus Fred Rust Arena on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018.
Prospective players who attend the one-day event will tour the University of Delaware hockey facilities, meet current players and coaches, and conclude the day with an on-ice session. Interested players are advised to RSVP with head coach Ken Deming via email at deming@udelhockey.com.
The Blue Hens, who compete in Division 2 of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA), earned a berth to the 2018 National Championships in Columbus, Ohio and were runners-up to Buffalo in the College Hockey East (CHE) conference tournament.
