DHN Radio Announces MACH Coverage

Delaware Hockey Night Radio will be at the Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Hockey Conference tournament this weekend (Feb. 16-18) in Pennsauken, N.J. to provide live radio coverage of the University of Delaware Division 2 men’s hockey team’s postseason run.

Coverage begins Friday afternoon (Feb. 16) with both South Division first-round matchups to air on Delaware Hockey Night Radio.  The Blue Hens will take on Maryland at 3:20 p.m., while Liberty and Stevenson square off in the other first-round game.  While Delaware Hockey Night Radio will follow Delaware’s progress through the tournament, all other MACH tournament action—including both Saturday semifinals and Sunday afternoon’s championship game—will air on RTN, Rowan University’s student-run television station.

As usual, James Witherite will provide live play-by-play commentary for games aired on Delaware Hockey Night Radio.

Friday, February 16

• 3:00 p.m. – Rider vs. Rowan (RTN)
• 3:20 p.m. – Maryland vs. Delaware (DHN Radio)
• 6:00 p.m. – Penn State vs. Wagner (RTN)
• 6:20 p.m. – Liberty vs. Stevenson (DHN Radio)

Saturday, February 17

• 1:00 p.m. – North Championship (RTN)
• 4:00 p.m. – South Championship (RTN; DHN Radio if Delaware)

Sunday, February 18

• 12:15 p.m. – MACH Championship (RTN; DHN Radio if Delaware)
